Let me just lay it all out so someone can hopefully give me some insight. I am 39 yr female, normal weight.

1) I have had hypothyroidism for 20 years.
2) I have been on hormone replacement for 13 years.
3) I take acid reflux medicine for approx. 8 years.
4) I have constant joint and muscle aches. My joints feel "full" hard to explain. My muscles "all" are shortened and "always" unrelaxed. I get massages but it is only temporary relief. I do stretch, but am always stiff. I always ache and am constantly tired. I do realize that some of this is related to my thyroid but geez, I am sick and tired of being tired.

Any help would be so appreciated.

ps. my mom has lupus, osteoporosis,rhuematoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and bursitis. she doesn't let it get her down and is still pretty active but always in some discomfort.
