Hi I have recently gone on dillantin to go off keppra. Since the dillantin has now settled in I have periods where I feel really nauseated and start to get dizzy and get muscle weakness. All symptoms are like when you are going to faint. I looked up side effects of dillantin and found it can be a side effect if taken with keppra but also it the dosage is too high. My level is 78. I have been off keppra for 1 week now. My research coordinater got in contact with my neuro and she suggested taking all dosages at night and not take the morning one. I usually have one 100mg in the morning and 2 at night also 100mgs. I have never been at the level of 78 when I use to be on dillantin a year ago. I also never had the side effect I mentioened above.I personally think that bvecause of my height and weight 60kgs it might be a little too much. I have been on dillantin now for around 1 month and can't wait to come off it and try s better later aed. Any ideas of the side effect mentioned above.
