Muscle twitches started in my nose, now in my arm?

I am concerned about what has been happening lately to me. I think I need to seek medical advice. I'm just wondering if anyone has had something similar. I had braces, and noticed I started twitching my nose a lot. I thought it was due to the braces, but now that they have been off for a while, I'm still twitching. Now I have twitches in my left arm on the inside of my elbow. This has been happening for awhile and it concerns me. It is constantly sore. Has anyone had anything similar happen to them. If so, what did you do about it. I hope it isn't anything serious.
