Lately I've been having cramping in my whole body. I cramp up really bad in my feet & legs, hands & arms, stomach. It is very painful. My legs get cramps so bad I cannot get my feet to bend back to where they are supposed to be. It usually takes a minute for it to go back to normal. My arm muscles cramp and my forearm curls inward towards my stomach and it also takes time to go back to normal. I just would like to know what would cause something like this to happen. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thank you very much.

I would have some blood work done to rule out having any vitamin deficiencies. Once you get the results and everything is fine, I would recommend a Neurological specialist. Good luck...If they cannot determine any issues, please let me know...You aren't taking any fluid pills or anything like that are you?

Nobody knows why this is happening to me. This hurts so bad that I also scream and cry. Did lots of blood work and it came back fine. Need some help if anyone know anything about all over body cramps I sure would appreciate it.
