I am not sure what it is I am only 15 and I have random shock-like pains in my arms and legs and feeling like I have no control over them, its like a constant twinging pain like I haven't moved in a day when I have. It may just be growing pains.
I have thought its always been balance problems and I have always had problems with my legs and arm but not like the ones recently. Writing is extremely discomforting at times in my fingers and hand and all up my arm and typing is sore also and today I ran with my sister and it felt like I broke my ankle, like a stabbing snap which occurs twice and I had to practically pick up my leg and move it myself.
I am getting worried it may be paranoia but what can it be? It doesn't run in my family so it can't be right?
Anyone got any ideas why I am experiencing these discomforting twinges in my muscles, if its normal?
Can someone just give me some sort of idea?

thank you Hayley
