I've been in alot of contact with two people over the last two weeks that now have mumps. I have developed a bad pain in my neck under my jaw on my left side. It feels hot and is sore to touch. It doesn't hurt to swallow but chewing is sore. However, I have very little if any swelling (a the moment!). Could it be mumps? I've had my tonsils removed.
