i m a southasian male.my problem is hair loss.my doctor suggested a multivitamin.Since i have migrated to us it is very difficult for me to find it here.I need an advice regarding multivitamin to be used and how to stop hairfall.
Hair loss could be hereditary or due to stress or other hormonal imbalances. If it is not hereditary you may consider seeing an endocrinologist or having an adrenal gland test to measure cortisol. Some basic supplements to help with hair loss are B-complex, adrenal gland support, omega 3's, biotin, and zinc. Good luck.
