I have read this online, but just wondering if any of you, who are taking a antidepressant, are also taking a vitamin, and if you've noticed any improvement or worsening of your depression. I"ve heard they can help, or cause more depression for some people.

i was taking prozac for depression. the first month i felt like a zombie (had no feelings about anything). the prozac started to wear off and i became depressed again. i think this was the time when my doctor couldve given me a larger dose, but i decided to get off of it. i was taking vitamins on and off but it didnt have much of an effect on my depression. but i m a firm believer that vitamins are good for you in so many ways.
