Hi There

I had really wanted to ask a doc this, but it came up and said no doctor was available, so here goes.

I experience orthostatic hypotension, hypoglycaemia symptoms (that is, symptoms of hypoglycaemia relieved by eating, though my blood sugar has not been observed to drop to 'sub-clinical' levels eg they stay above 3.9 mmol/l) and am very sensitive to pain-induced vasovagal syncope - fainting and lowered blood pressure due to injections or blood injury type events.

All of these I have read, involve the production of adrenaline by the body, a stress response.

I would very much like to know, preferably from a doctor, if there is any known common underlying cause for all of these. I have looked up each condition individually and found a list as long as your arm for possible causes for EACH ONE individually, from dopamine deficiency to heart problems - but is there ONE condition that presents all three simultaneously?
