Multiple Sclerosis and Spinal Meningitis

I had spinal meningitis when I was a baby and I was hospitalized in the Childrens hospital in Pittsburgh. Now I have many symptoms of MS. I had two MRI's and EMG of my legs and feet and they also shocked me. I have plenty of other symptoms as well. Almost every possible symptom that someone could have I have had it or have it now. Please tell me if me having the Spinal Meningitis is in anyway linking it to me having the MS. I am going to be getting the Lumbar(spinal tap) thing in 1 day.
