Q: Multiple Lumps in External Hemorrhoids?

I think I have a severe case of external hemorrhoids. I was wondering if it's normal or occurs often that there are multiple lumps for a hemorrhoids patient? I say this because I currently have four lumps, one of which is bigger than the others (and also a little black- from veins perhaps?) and I am always in pain- I do mean always. Soaking, sitting, standing, laying down, squatting, I'm pretty much in pain 24/7 and I feel like I'm squeezing a ping pong ball between my cheeks when I'm walking.

I got over the embarrassing in after my third anal tissue muscle spasm (or a contraction as I would like to call them because they come like every few minutes) and booked my appointment with the medical clinic. The thing is that I udnerstand how sever my hemorrhoids situation probably is and as I read along, a hemorrhoidectomy seems like what I need but I DO NOT have medical insurance, what would be the best way for me to treat this neverending pain without breaking the bank?

Thanks so much.

I hope that you had this taken care of...I know where you are...My husband had terrible fissures after a hemorrhoid was lanced...I have been through this hell of pain with him....Good luck...
