if a man ejaculate inside a woman, would she knows about it? if a man had multiple intercourse with a woman within 1-2 hours without ejaculate at all, is there's still a chance of getting pregnant, even when he does ejaculate outside.?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Some women can feel when a man ejaculates inside the vagina.
If the woman is in her fertile period or time of egg release from ovary, then chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out.
Men release lubrication fluid prior to ejaculation when sexually aroused, this lubrication fluid (pre-cum) is known to contain sperms. So if the egg is present inside at the time of intercourse, pregnancy is likely to result.
