I have brown mucus coming from my colon, no pain, no blood. My stolos are regular in the morning, but long and skinny and come out fine, I fill fine and i have alot of energy.what can I do? and is this a bad sign of something going wrong in the future.

It's normal to have stool covered with mucus from time to time, but, mucus in noticeable amounts for weeks at a time, needs medical attention.

Have you experienced the changed form of stool and mucus presence at the same time?
Do you find this mucus foul smelling?
