Q: mucus and blood in stools

Hi I'm to shy to go to the Dr but i have mucus and blood in my stools .
I have no pain but its been there for about 6 months what i have noticed is that i only go to the toilet every 3-4 days and when i go its about 3-4 time within the next 1-2 hours i have been fatigued anyone got any ideas

Do you get abdominal cramps?
Are you constipated?
Do you usually strain to have a bowel movement?

Hi thanks for your reply.
The answer to your question is yes but i only have abdominal cramps now and again.
I have now been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease (autoimmune vasculitis) which is a disease in witch your immune systeme attacks your own body so im off to the hostpital fri 18 july for further tests will let you know how i get on
