Hi there
Can you tell me what you think this might be, I have been to my Dr to see them and I am waiting to go in hospital for a test. I am having yellows mucous feces with blood which is red when I go to the toilet , with mussel like contraction in the night. Sometimes I have to go more than one time in the day which is not like me as I have all way gone regular. I can’t be seen for another 5 week and getting slowly more worry as the systems go on

Might be due to an anal fissure, which is typically associated with pain and bleeding while passing a bowel movement. However, there can be other causes of these symptoms as well, and so a further work-up is, indeed, a good idea.
