I had surgery last week and i took my spicimen submitted after my operation...
The Microscopic said: NO evidence of malignancy, and the
Diagnosis to me is MUCINOUS CYSTADENOMA..
dOCTORS, What does it means? Do i need to a worry again and again? Pls Help me

That is simply the term they use for the mass that was removed. Because the tumor is benign/ harmless, it is called a mucinous cystadenoma; when malignant/ cancerous, it is called a cystadenocarcinoma.
