Multiple sclerosis (MS) can be manifested with various neurological symptoms including yours but typical for MS is that symptoms occur on episodes. At least 2 episodes of various neurological symptoms should happen to assume MS. Besides symptoms there are certain medical investigations (neurological examination, MRI-brain scan, liquor examination and evocated potential) that have to be done before confirming or excluding MS.
I don’t see episodic occurrences of your symptoms so it doesn’t seem to me that you have MS. Your symptoms can also be due to anxiety, various neuropathies, alcohol abuse, etc.
You may want to consult your primary health provider and later a neurologist, if necessary.
