First off I think I have ms. For 1-2 years I noticed muscle twitching of and on threw out the day but nothing that concerned me. Then now 4 days ago I all of a sudden got all tingle starting in the tip of my fingers then moving to my whole hand and my face, stomach, arms, hands, and fingers tingle so bad they go numb and my fingers pile up on top of each other and I can not move or feel them. One time my face went totally numb and felt like I couldnt move it felt kind of like my face might have been saging. I also feel light headed when it happens and cant pay attention to what people are saying.

I just went to the hospital and got blood and pee tests and they found nothing odd which they where mainly looking for defisincys and to see if my kidneys and liver where working good. Im going to go to a neroligest soon now.

The doc cut off the blood flow to my right arm and the 100% exact same thing happened. Every thing started tingling in that arm/hand and my fingers started piling on top of each other and I couldn't move my hand.

Does this sound like MS?

Also I like to party on the weekends and get totally drunk and normally smoke some weed on the weekends. Can I still drink and do a little weed if I have ms or will it make it worse or cause something bad to happen?

This doesn't sounds like MS because MS-symptoms occur in episodes that last much more than a couple of days. MS-symptoms can not be provoked by "cutting off" the blood flow in the arm. We still don't know what really provokes MS.
Even if you don't have multiple sclerosis it doesn't mean that you can get totally drunk and use drugs every weekend.
How long you have been abusing alcohol and marijuana?
