I have had blurred images (up close, even with my contacts in), for about 3 years, my muscles often jerk and twitch on their own, i feel weak and tired all the time, i often forget simple things. i just recently had a baby on jan 9th of 08 this year, lost my dad on march 19th of this year and havent been sleeping or eatting right, could i just be exp. something as simple as depression?

Depression can cause your symptoms especially weakness, tiredness and poor sleep. About those "blurred images" you should visit some ophthalmologist before blaming depression for them. "Muscle twitching" can be due to anxiety but you will need neurological examination before blaming anxiety for that too.
It doesn't seem to me that you have MS because your symptoms are continuous (3 years) not episodic.
