Hi everyone,
I have had difficulty maintaining balance, sometimes my leg gives out n goes to the side, vertigo-once, I'm tired all the time, I have muscle spasms in my leg n arm, i have tremors of my hand and leg, when standing my leg feels wobbly as if about to give out, i feel numbness, pins and needles, and also this is going to sound strange but I feel like there is electricity in my legs (this is all the time), my back hurts most of the time, my muscles feel extremely tight, my right leg feels pulled as if I ran 50 miles, I feel heat on my thighs that last about 5 minutes. I had worn glasses since i was 18 months old to the summer of freshman year in High School and my vision was perfect but now I have been feeling like when I read things sometimes it looks as if there's shining/cloudiness around the words. I went to a neurologist but he said I have anxiety. I had to go for an MRI, which came back normal, but was not told to get a spinal tap. The neurologist also sent me for bloodwork and I have yet to get the results. I feel so frustrated because all the symptoms point to MS and yet the doctor says i have "anxiety". He asked me if I feel any nervousness or anxiety when the symptoms occur and I said no and yet he says I have anxiety? I just feel so frustrated because I feel like nobody is listening. Does this sound like MS to you?

If you feel that something is wrong, please seek a second opinion from a different neurologist.

i also forgot to mention that i have tingling that goes from my body up to my scalp, and that the numbness and pins and needles are in my feet and legs, and yes I plan on going for a second opinion after I get my blood test results.
