Q: MS during menopause

I am 57 and have had MS for 7 years. I manage with drugs, yoga and meditation but I am going through menopause and nothing makes me feel good in my body. At night after some food I feel normal for me until bed but when I wake the body anxiety or body tension is back. Energy and fatigue is terrible from just before lunch until enening again. I am so tired of being in my body daily. It has become so much work to stay alive and active. I am running out of ideas. Does anyone know what I am talking about here?
