Im 24, I get an erection, only when i touch my penis. I masterbated everyday up untill recently. Now i get hard, but cant ejaculate. I did ejaculate about 3 months ago, now not anymore.

Is this due to the n.s, or did that muscle lost the strengh for me to ejaculated? I tried porn, even let my gf give it to me in the rear. That didnt help even. Help plz!

Multiple sclerosis can cause sexual disorders including inability to ejaculate.

You may want to consult a neurologist for an expert opinion.
