Read an article recently that indicated a possible relationship between porcine strain of MRSA and inflammatory heart disease. I know a young person who suffered for several months with a persistent case of MRSA. Since that time energy levels have been drastically affected, with constant level of fatigue that is troubling. My question is, has anyone heard similar reports of heart disease following a MRSA infection? if the strain of MRSA that is prevalent in pigs, can perhaps cause inflammatory heart disease, could other strains of MRSA do the same?
