Hello:

I think my supraspinatus torn when I was doing parallel dips. I have done a MRI of my shoulder but I know is difficult to give a good interpretation of these images.
The injury occurred two months ago. The first two weeks I couldn't elevate my right arm over the horizontal. Now, two months later, the pain has dismished and I have recovered almost all mobility, but some pain is still there.

I'm 43 and I'm training with weights since I was 24. I don't know if I would need surgery for recover my shoulder strengh. I think it depens on the tear size of my supraspinatus.

Thank you in advance for any response.

Bye
