1: Prominent right-sided and right neural foraminal osteophyte complex at c6-c7 that signifcantly encroaches on the right neural foramen.
2: A right uncinate spur mildly encroaching on the right neural foramen at c5-c6, and a small right-sided osteophytic bar or osteophyte disk complex at c5-c6.
Terrible pain in my neck and numbness and swelling in my right hand and index finger. Would like to know if exercise or adjusting would help? Thanks
Hello curemyneck, you have some small bony growths around the two bottom vertebral joints in your neck, they are encroaching on your neural foramen, which are grooves that your nerves coarse out of, that are at the side, and toward the rear of your vertebra. See if you can find a picture of a spine with the features on the vertebra labelled.
As far as exercise or adjusting goes ask a good qualified medical practitioner.
