There is a cystic lesion in the right lateral pharyngeal wall adjacent to the right fossa of Rosenmüller. There is fluid in the right mastoid process. Direct visualization of the right nasopharyngeal region is recommended to
exclude a nasopharyngeal neoplastic process causing obstruction of the right Eustachian tube.
