What is best solution for mild right posterolateral bulging of the L4 and L5 disc with slight encroachment upon the right neural foramen at this level and no spinal stenosis was noted ? This is from MRI

The right treatment can vary quite a bit by individual, but I imagine mild bulging will not require much more than rest and physical therapy.
