Can you please explain what the MRI readingsare saying.

1. Broad-based disc bulges with bilateral degenerative facet joint disease and moderate bilateral symmetrical neural forminal narrowing are demonstrated at the L5-S1, L4-5 and L3-4 levels. No focal disc heriation or central stenosis is demonstrated at these levels.

2. Signal changes of disc desiccation are present within the L5-S-1, L4-5 and L3-4 disc spaces on T2-weighted sagittal images.
