I know I am not alone in this matter and there are thousands others suffering too!
I have had a back pain for the last 3Yrs. It all started at the gym when I lifted some weights to have my breath taken away by an extreme pain.
Of course I haven’t returned to the gym since then but I am now living with a very uncomfortable back pain.
I have been to see the docs who said for me to see a physio, he wasn’t much help...
I have lived on with it about other year on from that and now it’s getting to me and to the point I want to just break down in tears.
I have just turned 23 and it really upsets me that I am limited to what I can do. For e.g. I cant play golf without putting strain on my back. I hate using the excuse to my friends “I can’t do it because I have back pains“. They just think I’m lying.
I would like to know.. is this a issue with bones OR muscle OR both?
For a piece of mind i would like to have a MRI scan. I believe this will give me a good idea where and what I need to do to resolve my back pains.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
