Please at this moment I do not have health care and the best thing i can do if need be is, if i do need to see a doctor i can at least narrow some things down before i go in there. Any info promptly and truthfully given would be a great asset to have, Thank you!

Okay, so first off i would like to say i'm 22 years old no recent major medical history slightly overweight for my age and height, I'm roughly 210lbs and I'm 5'8" I do have muscle tone so i just appear to have a beer belly of sorts, I'm slightly out of shape also. Ive been currently unemployed and have had major stress factors in my life, such as just bought a home, have a baby 5 months away from being born and unable to find a job to sustain our living conditions, so i have thought of the issue of depression pains but i think its more then that, so let me explain.

First off it started to what I thought was a minor dull aching/stabbing(mild) pain of my left testicle and it seemed as if it would be off and on, so as any same man would do i gave myself a testicular exam in a warm bath, With that done and out of the way i did not find any bumps/lumps or any tenderness, swelling, or fluid in the associated area.

Then as about a week or so past it seemed to have traveled up my towards my pelvic bone i guess you could say between my inner and and groin and up towards my waistline on the left hand side as well, it gave a Strain/aching pain, but with no way could i have strained it with the lack of activity i have had in the past 4-5 months.

Then it would come and go all day and all night, anytime i would think about it, it almost seems to get worse, and then I've abdominal cramping of sorts with foul bowel movements, Which could be related or unrelated, The bowel problems has happened in the past 2 days out of the past 3 weeks of all other pains occurring. so a very short time, like i said could and could not be related. I do have a bad tendency of not watching what I eat though.

The majority of the achiness seems to be radiating from the area between my leg and groin which is about the area of my lymph nodes, But i had swollen lymph nodes in my armpit at one time when i was a younger kid, and there is no swelling in the area as far as i can tell. Also to note there is no actually "SPOT" of tenderness when i feel around it seems as if its inside of an area i can not touch, or its more on a nerve level and its just causing pain there and i'm having an issue somewhere else. I also tried to put strain on the area by lifting or moving my leg in certain ways to trigger the pain to another level and no such luck just a horrible but mild dull aching pain that just doesn't seem to go away.
