Does anxiety disorder have anything to do with this problem?I teach in a high school i recently noticed that when i stand to teach at the front of the class i have a funny uncomfortable movement in my penis as if its tumescene or something weird, even when am not having any sexual thoughts it so uncomfortable and it only happens when am standing to teach. I dont know what it is but its causing me embarassment and make me feel clumsy and awkward. Pls what can i do to stop this or cure it cos its really embarassing me. Thanks

Yes, it is possible that stress or sexual tension may be the probable cause. Usually proper rest and relaxation and stress management should help you get over such issues. Since this is a physiological and normal event, it does not need any medications.

In case, you are worried that you will get an erection during a class, masturbating early morning, before you go to work should help relieve such issues.
