Yesterday, I gave my boyfriend oral sex, and after he left, I discovered a very small sore on the side of my mouth that I didn't notice I had, which might have been the beginning of a cold sore, but I'm not sure. It doesn't tingle, but it is sensitive when I touch it. I haven't had cold sores since childhood, but is it possible that I have given him genital herpes this way? I'm really worried about this.
