Motion sick feeling from walking?

So i woke up this morning feeling pretty good but as the day progressed i got a few cramps that i took a pain killer for than about another hour or two later i was hit with this incredible light headedness and what i can only describe as motion sickness everytime i would get up and walk around which would cause me to sweat become dizzy and feel like i was about to vomit i thought perhaps it was the pain medication but twelve hours later i still feel the same, i know its not a huge deal i just want to know what it could be thanks
