Psoriasis is a form of autoimmune condition, and there is no complete cure for that condition.

The condition and its progress can be controlled by immunosupressive medications.

You need to consult a proper dermatologist who can determine the severity and provide proper help. Antihistamines and local application of calamine lotion may help with the symptoms of itching.
