That's terrible. It made me so sick, that I couldn't even watch the entire video. Kids have accidents, let it go.

I saw the footage on the news. I wanted to cry. That poor little girl!

i saw it too it's so upsetting. i kind of wonder why they'd show it on the news. maybe they don't know who they are but it seems kind of much to show the clip over and over. i don't know. poor baby. i'd like to spray that hose right in that woman's face.

What the hell kind of mother would do that to a small child? Doesn't she know those hoses are high-pressure and can seriously hurt you? And a child's skin is more delicate than an adult's!

I hope that find that woman and save that little girl from her. And I hope they find the other woman who was with her too. They should both be punished.

On the news they said the pressure in that water would be like giving rug burns. She needs to get caught and be punished. That child needs some love and understanding!

their probably looking for the mother of who did it
their now putting up a new law about parents neglecting their kids,
ever since the case of the 8 month old baby girl who was found in an alley in canada [dont kno if you guys heard that one.]
a few months after that, they had a different insodent where a husband and wife were arguing, and had a 5 yr old or something with them too and a baby in a baby carrier, the parents were arguing, and they set the baby down just for a minute to get the toddler out of the car, and in the heat of their argument forgot the infant but like 5 mins later the mother rushed out and got the baby.
their now wondering if they should charge that family for forgetting the baby for a short period of time.

she was actually found in a stairwell of a mall parking lot on the coldest day of the year. Poor baby....

ya and they dont kno who the parents are still...
at least thats what ive been following up on.

Yeah she was abused and according to the humaine something something rep she was apprehensive towards males. Lead them to believe probably her father abused her.

regarding the car wash hosing- apparently the mother has been found and nothing will be done. i can't find an article or anything yet, i just read this on another forum. i'll keep looking.

im sure she'll get some sort of charge, cant see social workers if they've seen this just turn a cheek. their probably looking into the situation and deciding what to do.
