Mosquito bites when in Egypt, 2mos later severe itchiness...

I went to Egypt in November and was bitten quite badly, i was given injections and had them topped up a further 2x as they were so bad. Its now 3 months after my holiday and for the past two months i have been getting server itchiness all over my body mainly arms/hands legs/ankles do you know what this could be? should i go for a blood test, im worried i may have things under my skin!
