does a morphine pump cause tooth decay

i Have a intermittant pain in the RUQ abd.I'm also a diabetic and suffer from gerd.when the pain starts it is a small pressure that graduallly becomes worse ,it rediates through to the back then up into the right shoulder.It then starts to feel like a spasm.when the pain is at it worse my gerg is also much worse.after a little while, i get sharp shooting pains in the ruq abd,then it startes improving.i get pain free for a little while.then when the pain comes it seems to be a little more intense
