hi im experiencing pain on flexing my proximal interphalyngeal joints of both hands in morning after gettin up for almost 1/2 an hour for last 6 weeks....i have no family history of rheumatoid arthritis in my family....theres no other joint problem i have...please help me out....my age is 26 years.

hi, what is your health and eating habits,
maybe u r short of potassium
doesn't have to be rheumatoid
how much water do u drink and exactly what water (purified to not good)
