Hi
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The correct diagnosis can only be made after careful examination and blood tests. If your daily activities are affected, you should consider visiting your doctor for further evaluation to find the correct diagnosis and get started on appropriate treatment. Taking pain killers or anti-inflammatory medications will only temporarily reduce the pain, it will not halt or restrict the pathology behind the symptoms. Adequate treatment would help control the progression and give long lasting relief.
Take care.
