Q: Morning Sickness

I think i'm about 6-7 weeks pregnant (my first dr. appointment isn't until the 13th) and I am having terrible morning sickness, except it lasts all day.

I just have this constant nauseous feeling and occasionally throughout the day, it will make me throw up. I was just wondering if this is normal and if there's anything I can eat or drink to make it go away or at least to make it not be a constant feeling.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Smile

Yes it is 100% normal. Eat, drink whatever you can. Some people use those preggie pops. Some people swear by crackers. Or ginger tea or ginger ale or potato chips or fruit. Really it is an individual thing. Start with bland foods, rice, bread, crackers and go from there. Eat what sounds good to you.

hey...hope your doing betterI had morning sickness until about 4 months. When the placenta takes over hormone production. I was sickest at 4 pm every day. That why I had to cut night school. But I would throw up all day long. It didn’t matter what I took or ate. The medication I tried never worked. The unisom w/b12 worked a lil but the vitamin made me sicker. I just gave up. What did help is what I ate. I only ate foods that werent painful coming back up/Like fruit and bread. I never ate anything spicy or heavy. I lost 15 pounds. But it got to where teh puking didnt face me. It never went away or got better then one day it was gone...???? Hang in there it will get better.
