Hi, everyone.
I am new to these forums and am about 10 to 11 weeks along. I actually found out within the first month due to the vomiting and nausea. (I hadn't thrown up since I was 11 and I turn 25 this year). Since then I have had the joy of on going "morning sickness" FYI for those that don't know it isn't just in the morning. This past week my back has become stiff and sore Sad.

It was funny timing cause I had just stated a work out program to loose weight and lost 15pds before I found out I was pregnant and I have put about half of it back on. I have always been sensitive about my weight and it has taken some time and a very very supportive partner to help me deal with the weight coming back.
Daddy and I met Christmas Day and by the 3rd week of January I was with baby. Honestly, I was scared to death of what would happen to the newly found relationship, but I have to give my partner aka Daddy credit he has been wonderful. Making sure I remembered it took "TWO"; comforting me when the "crying thing" ( giggle Charmed reference)started; and being there for me and helping me through it all.

Back pain
Hi there

Backpain can often be alleviated by massaging the PSIS's, the bony knobs of the back of the pelvis. These points, about 2" (50mm) beside the lower spine are lymphatic massage points and will help bring in fresh lymph fluid, which supplies nutrients to the lower back muscles. It also takes away the toxins from the lower back to the liver and kidneys.

During the last month of pregnancy massaging these point will help with the release of a hormone called relaxin which will trigger changes in the pelfis to allow birth to occur
This hormone (relaxin) induces a healthy physiological response in blood vessels, increasing dilation and benefiting blood pressure and kidney function.

Make sure to drink plenty of clean unchlorinated water (chlorine is a poison) to allow the kidneys to function properly.

Great to have such a nice partner. Perhaps he could help massaging the points indicated above.
It is great for bonding, and the fetus will be comforted by the warm feeling between the two of you.

Good luck

Kinetico
