Hi,
I am a 26Yr old male experiencing nausea on a daily basis for almost 4 months now. It was really relaxing to see so many people sharing the same problem, so i don't feel alone. And that it is not a strange phenomenon.
It is infact true that the nausea feeling worsens when i am having a stressful day ahead and i feel like throwing my breakfast out. Milk in the breakfast makes things worse. I was recently put on omeprazole magnisium (Delayed release tabs).

I have had a history of heavy drinking and moderate smoking which i recently quit just before the begining of above medication. This medication is not running long enough to judge it's efficacy. But yes, glass of milk in the morning is still making me feel puke.
Also, i have stopped having spicy, oily and fatty food on the recommendation of the doctor. The H. Pylori test is negative and liver, kidney is functioning good.
May be just a start of gastritis or oesophagitis or duodenitis.

Any Suggestions on that!!!!!
