Q: morning after pill & pill injection

I took the morning after pill in mid cycle. two weeks later I thought i had started my period and had the pill injection. but I had started for a day but stopped!!! I am worried!! I had all the symptoms of my period, swollen breasts, tension, and period pains but not show. I am so worried that i have had the pill injection thinking it was my period when maybe i am pregnant??? what could happen????
