My girlfriend and I had sex about 30 hours ago, I did not use a condom but removed my penis before ejaculating. This happened about 4 in the morning (Saturday morning). To be safe she took morning after pills about 6hours later(Same Saturday about 10 in the morning). We had sex this morning(Sunday), this time we did use a condom but it teared some time in the process and I did ejaculate in her. Q1: Will the morning after pill still have effect? if not, can it be taken again? Q2: Are there other pills to take? and if not what can we do?

Sounds like you two need to up your birth control. You can use spermicide with the condoms, she can take birth control pills and you can use condoms. There are cervical caps to use with spermicide and condoms.

Go to planned parenthood and discuss with them birth control options. Most are low cost and even free. They also conduct classes for teens/young adults to teach them how to use condoms and what methods of birth control would be best for them.

Thanks for the advice! Curious if it's safe to take the pill twice in two days time...

The whole point of the morning after pill is that it will clean out whatever might be there. I don't really know if it will work after the second time you had sex, but the morning after pill is not over the counter for a reason. You really aren't supposed to take it frequently, and I'm not sure why nor do I know if there are affects but yeah, haha. Sorry for being pretty unhelpful.
