Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Prolonged and heavy period since month indicate hormonal imbalance due to any underlying abnormality as Fibroids,Endometritis,PIC etc.Such bleeding can lead to anemia.
Consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation. You would require USG scan and Hormonal Analysis which would help in the diagnosis.

Take Care!
