Could someone please answer my post! Please help! At the present moment I am incredibly anxious.
I suffered an extremely mild head injury merely three months ago; yet, I persist to experience aching headaches, dizziness, nausea, loss of concentration...
Last night, sometime during sleep, my head managed to make impact with the top of my bed post- it was extremely MILD with no confusion, dilation of pupils, ringing of ears, blurred vision or anything else of the sought- I decided to go back to sleep. However, today my previous symptoms seemed to have worsened significantly; my entire head is aching, occasionally numb, I can't concentrate, I'm teary and have detached myself from others emotionally and I've spent the day in bed, attempting to recover. Can someone please tell me if I actually suffered a concussion from the bed post?! And if so, will two MILD concussions between three months of each other cause any damage? Please help me! I'm incredibly anxious with this; I'm a high achieving 17 year old female with important exams approaching. At the present moment, I feel as if my abilities/intelligence is diminishing...I've considered suicide as an option. Please help, thank you.
