so i was on avvione and i was switched to Lutera oh my goodness i am a mess one month i am perfectly fine and the next i go nuts!!! i tell my bf off and find any excuse to fight and its driving me and him crazy...should i stop with these pills or should i continue them? its been almost 4 months now and i am a big huge emotional rollercoaster!!! can someone let me know why this is happenning??? and also lately my period has gotten so much lighter and it scares me cause ive always had a heavy flow...is there a reaon maybe? well if anyone can help it would be wonderful.

Mood changes could be side effects from Lutera or any other type of contraceptive pills. You can stop taking the pills if mood changes become intolerable.
Periods that happen while taking birth control pills are not a real periods and you can't expect to look like the regular ones. If your normal periods were heavier these periods could be less heavy.

Helpful tips
To enhance your mood you go to your local health food store and purchase some Evening Primrose which is an essential fatty acid, L- Tyrosine which is a non -essential Amino Acid and Vitamin B-6 to help convert the tyrosine and this will raise your dopamine, noripinephrine and seratonin levels naturally
