I'm a 17 year old female and have been athletic from a very young age.

For a long time I have experienced mood swings, headaches, dizziness and i often completely phase out however they usually subside when i eat something with a high sugar content. A few times i have become weak and shaky and once had to be carried down some stairs as i couldn't manage them alone. I don't think i could be diabetic as i dont experience the thirst or need to pee but am convinced my blood sugar is irregular. Earlier this year i was diagnosed with anxiety and have been seeing a counsellor. I'm not sure if i'm just being paranoid but was wondering if anyone had any advice?

are you under a lot of stress?
i felt weak and shaky when i didnt eat anything.
are you eating right and taking care of yourself?
your athletic so you are burning energy, are you replenishing it?

i had migraines for 10 years, my doctors just threw medication at me, so 10 years later when i wansnt in a relationship, nor was i working my headaches disappeared.
