mood swings,been Nausea off and on, hungry at times....

hey. i had a very short and very light period at the end of dec.my periods usually last 7 days but this time it was one day and light pink bleeding with 2 to 4 cramps. now my breast itch, mood swings,been Nausea off and on..hungry at times then not hungry at all other times, i can not stand certain smells and tire very easy and sometimes cant sleep ....wondering if these could be the signs of pregnancy
