Mood disorder treatment

I am concerned about my 18yr old daughter who is diagnosed with mood disorder, she currently takes concerta, lamictol and lithium. She has been in an independent living facility since the begeining of february. The first two weeks were great, and now i see her falling apart, lying saying she is pregnant, making poor poor choices, having random sex. I need help with helping this kid, do i stop the meds, do we try new meds, i feel like she could only handle two weeks and now she is simply falling apart.
